When Cub has thier sales saying $2/$5 or 10/$10 Do you have to buy that quantity to get the sale price? In other words, if something is 2/$5 would it ring up for $2.50 if I only got one?

ONLY if it is a store coupon from the weekly flyer or the coupon book. Otherwise, NO, you do not need to buy the stated quantity to get the deal

All stores do that making people think that they have to buy two of the products. It boosts their sales.

I've noticed that the ads sometimes say "mix and match, every item $1".

Some stores will have a special sign near the item "must buy 2" then you have to buy 2 for the sale price.

This is a YMMV, depending on the store. If you have questions, go to the customer service counter and ask. If they seam unsure, as to speak with someone in management.

I love Cubs 10/$10 sales, match with coupons and it's free or nearly free. Someone mentioned that Cub takes expired coupons, but I haven't called to find out if this is all Cubs, or a select few.

They should take expireds up to 3 months. There are a few select stores that will take up to 5 months.
