I am so upset with cvs... they canceled one of my cards... it had 170 plus extra care bucks and they told me sorry about your luck... so I am out those bucks... and I tried to fight it even. So my question is do we know for a fact that the email coupons are linked? I wanted to use the 10/50 coupons that i found online... i never get any though email... if this is true i think i am finished with cvs... I don't trust them with the extra care bucks... I am so mad I am thinking about called BBB... any words...? |

How many cards do you have? Did they give a reason as to why they canceled one of your cards?

i only had one card... and they said they didn't know why my card did that... that there new system is not very customer friendly... my store said they can not over ride coupons... and so did cvs... so to me i feel as though cvs stole from me... i am so mad right now... even more if they tell me i can't even use the 10 off 50... and to think i did so much shopping.

That is so wrong!!! I would be very upset to... I would call corp and get the bucks put on a new card if possible you earned those by shopping there!

Have you called corp. to see if they will reimburse you for your ECB's? If you did call, what did they say? Surely they have to have a reason to cancel a card. It's crazy it happened out of the blue. I'm so sorry. I can only imagine the work you've put in to earn 170 ECB's, especially on only one card.

Oh my gosh, thats terrible, how the heck can they do that, especially with that amount of ECB'S on it.....that is so wrong....Please call corp, and let us know....

They cancelled it because you tried to use a 10/50 that you got online, not emailed from them? Is that correct? I belong to another site that will email you links to those q's and I thought it was funny that the ones I saw were addressed to something like "Dear Valued Customer". I deleted the email and didn't even try using them. I'll just stick with the measley 3/15 that I got from the Washington Post. I would definately fight this, there is no way I would quietly let that amount of ECB's get wasted! |

WOW, I'm fuming over it and it didn't even happen to me! How can they justify treating customers like that? Sorry that happened, keep up with fighting it. Maybe you'll finally get someone with a brain & they'll take care of it for you! |

Sorry if I'm dense, but what exactly happened? How did you find out about what was happening and what did they tell you? What is the reason they are saying it is cancelled?

How can they do that? I just don't get it, and when you have $170 in ECB, that's YOUR money. I don't even know what to tell you here but I'm so sorry that happened. Have you tried going up the chain of command? Like when one person tells you "there is nothing we can do" ask for their supervisor and keep going up the ladder until this gets resolved. How did you find out they cancelled your card?

I'm confused - in your first post you say 'they cancelled one of my cards' and then later you say you have only 1 card?

Call the district manager and go up from there if you did nothing wrong and the error is on their behalf then they should remedy the situation.

very confused here too..so how did you find out they cancelled your card? i figured since you said they cancelled one of your cards that meant you had multiple cards.. and yes..the emailed coupons are linked to the cards that are tied to the email addresses that received the coupon..if your card is tied to an email address that did not receive the coupon then the coupon will not work..however the coupons lately are not even working for the people who did receive them..so i think there is something wrong with their system..

Wow,Iam speakless I can not believe this happen...Something should be done about this if you did nothing wrong.Please let us know what happen in this matter .

Wow...I would be so mad. I hope you get it worked out. Have you tried going through the district manager and up the ladder? How did you find out it was cancelled?

I'd want to know why..like do you have multiple cards? i hear they are trying to go from one per person to one per family...so maybe they are going through files and trying to get everyone necked down like that.. if you used anybody else's printed coupons or codes they may think that is coupon fraud and just plain stopping any of those but if you've been clean cut about your business..then I would be absolutely hopping mad and want some type of explanation as the whole idea of it is to keep us coming in over and over and getting our prescriptions filled there, picking up milk..and giving us a few freebies in the meantime so we don't realize what we are spending.. P.S. it's nice to see you over here cocoadiva...ggamers have been missing you on the other boards...I was out searching for alternatives that wouldn't cost me monthly since any of the ads/coupon information isn't secret..and it irks me to pay someone else and to constantly have my posts edited... I only had one card... I have a new card now... i didn't re read my statement so sorry about saying cards.... the guess of what happened is I used my card more than once or twice in a day... now when I shop I only do a little shopping. However I am not sure if I am going to stay with the extra care program... I just don't have the trust... and all the work put into it .... I just feel as though cvs is giving me every reason they can to say don't shop with us. And I was just posting about my cards so others would know about it.... I have worked hard to try to save my extra care bucks but I am not getting any help... so I am just giving up on it other than calling BBB on them.... just be careful.... also I found out my card was cancelled because it will stop printing extra care bucks.... and you will get a message about a problem at the bottom of your card.
