If getting items for free using coupons and RR/ECB,s and multiple transactions were against the law, cop cars would be driving to my CVS and WAGS picking me up several times a week. The cops would say,"You again, crazy coupon lady???"

a friend has CVS and walgreens corporate on her cell and has called corporate while standing in line if the cashier or manager gets super rude.

it would be funny if your hubby went to the manager and said something about it.

OMG. I can't believe a manager can be so rude like that to their customers! When cashiers are rude to me I get kinda flustered, but I don't know what I would have done if a manager treated me like that (esp if other ppl are around). I probably would have been so angry that tears would have started coming out. Good for you for laughing it off!

I would call corporate! My friend call corpoarte and kept asking for the next higher up and finally got the president of Walgreens secretarty. She took my friends name and number and the president called her back. Gave her his number and told her if she had anymore problems with the manger at her store to call him and hand the phone to the manager. Let just say it was a "priceless moment" when she did because he wouldn't take her coupons!

Can someone tell me the deal with the razors. Yesterday, I tried to use the BIGI on the schick intuition, and was told no. I have B1G1 coupons, and $4.00 coupons. What is the best way to use them.

That could explain why he still has 4 of the razors in his store, while the other stores are out of them. He has probably pissed enough customers off that they are no longer shopping in his store.

Let me first say, I,m sorry this happened to you!

I hate being negative but I`ve been couponing for a year and its happend to me quite a few times. Mostly at drug stores.
But that`s when you know you are getting good
Its like a coupon hating disease with the employees at some stores they are so jelious or envious of you ability to use your coupons to get freebies.

Just stand up for what is right, Whatever you do don`t back down! Remind them they get paid back for the coupons you use at their store.

If you have the time and energy its helpful to call corporate or a district manager on your cell phone from the store! (((there is a picture and phone number of the district manager on the wall at most stores.)))
**The Dist. Manager at my CVS says, customers should call right from the store so he can get both sides of the story and remedy the situation.** LOL

He say "yes you are you are committing fraud" So I guess now RR are fraud. I argued for a long time and what fraud was and I got from him that his defition is anyone that has more than one coupon even if you are getting more than one item.

I wonder if this is the standard line for Walgreens managers?? I had a manager at Walgreens say to me last night "You can only use one coupon per customer, otherwise it's fraud " as he gestured to the 2 RR that had printed from my order.

I just started shopping at Walgreens this week (have been a CVSer for some time now) to do the CG deal, but I must say this was not a positive experience that makes me want to be a return customer.

My walgreens has only been open a week now and yesturday when I rolled RR's to a gift card(which isnt working right and they have to do an over/ride) he just shook his head, like, huhhh...you again! hehe...at least they are nice right now with all the problems they seem to be having, new staff, new store, new everything! hehe...gotta love it!

i don't know anything about a wags sale on car freshener but i did post in another section that publix last week had them bogo free and if you had two of the all you magz they would both be free and yeah the rebate was up to 3.49. so get 2 for free then the rebate$$ anyways sorry you missed it. i got 8 last week.

I went to my WAGS last night to get the Venus razor since they FINALLY got it in and the night cosmetics clerk was standing there and says to me "Don't take all of those, I have a customer coming in for a couple" I looked at her and asked her "if I'm not a customer what am I ?" She stopped and kinda stuttered that's not what she meant....yeah it was. I told her "she can have them all, I'll go to the WAGS overtown and get everything over there" Sure enough this morning when I went in, they were all gone....

Fraud must be there new word of the week. I used a ES Q and Man Q and was told that it was fraud....ugh!!! What is really bad is that I live like 3 blocks from this WAGS and now I don't know if I will go back in cause she made me feel like a criminal!

I always do more then one and have never had a problem! Sometimes I say the second one is for my mom, which it sometimes is. They've never said anything to me about it.

Apparently they get in trouble from general managers who don't understand the rules any better than they do, despite any type of logical reasoning or explanation.

The manager at one of the local WAGS told us he'd have to pay the money out of his pocket if his GM questioned it when going over their transactions. I told him I honestly didn't care, because if his GM questioned it, he needed to take it up with corporate or take it out of HIS pocket.

If I would have gotten a different cashier it wouldn't have even been an issue that night (it was on deodorant or something), but it was just my luck to get a nazi. She said someone got fired on a different shift for taking too many coupons.

Me too. I was told using the BOGO coupon was not within the spirit of the sale.
