I am living in IL right now but moving back to MD I have been to Food Lion before but this will be my first time since I have really started to save money. How do I make the most of Food Lion? What is their coupon policy? Anything that I should know.

Oh my Goodness! You are gonna love Food Lion!!

The best thing about FL is their store q's. When you get to the AFC home page, look on your left & click on "Food Lion Coupon Generator". You can print as many q's as you want. And you can combine them with manu q's. They also have those great catalina q's that are generated at the register & they always have lots of blinkies & peelies!

Plus FL is always doing bonehead q's that work out great for us. Just last week they had cookies for BOGO & there was a FLIP for 1 free pack of FL cookies. They had the q in their system as automatically giving you $2.99 off, so it generated a big overage! They are famous for big overage q's. Check out the Gerber FLIPs too, they will give you overage as well.

From what I hear, different FL's have different policies on IP's. But I have never had any trouble at mine.

And I find that the people who contribute to the FL forum are the best! Seriously, the people who contribute to this forum are great deal spotters!
