This is not just for CVS forum, but CVS shoppers seem to get the most items for free and items for donation like monitors.
What do you all think about creating a list of places we can donate items to online or in person and make it a stickie?

I think you should be asking an Admin if this is permissible first.........

I think that is a

WONDERFUL

idea!!!! I mentioned The Box Project a while back, but I am sure there are a ton more local, national, and international ways we can all be more giving and helpful!!!

I would really appreciate this since my stockpile is taking over (not complaining) and I'd love to give it to people in need of it all. Great idea!

I hope this comes into play. I have a nice stockpile and although I do have specific places I donate to, I would love to have an informative list somewhere on here.

Each area is different as to where things can be donated. So a sticky would only mean chaos as each city and state will vary.

I would hope that people know that their local church is a great place to donate along with food shelves. Many stores have "bins" in them to collect food.

tks KM! sorry I did not ask you first, I thought I'd ask what members thought before bothering the admin. I figured if nobody was interested, there was no point in bothering you.... I hope I was not doing something wrong here.
