The monthly deals change every month. Sometimes they are repeated, but those specific ones you asked about are April only. The new May book came out in stores today, and that has the deals for this month.

These are all still listed on my receipt....some people have confirmed that the EOB's are still in effect, as well as the 18oz SoftSoap.
