I purchased Beech-Nut babyfood coupons from Ebay on April 18th and I still haven't received them. I made immediate payment on the 18th and the seller said she mailed them on following day (Sat.,April 19th). If you only count business days, it's been 10 days (they weren't in the mail today either) since I purchased them.

I've never not received the coupons I've purchased before. They always get her pretty quickly. The seller is in Texas and I am in Texas, so you wouldn't think it would take that long. I've gotten coupons from New Jersey withing 6 days and some from California within 5 days. Any ideas on what I should do? Should I wait? Should I email her again? What would you do? I didn't pay much ($2.25) but I want the coupons.

If you paid paypal, I would say email seller again and start the process of filing a claim..

If you sent the check, email the seller and possible wait another day or two since you technically have to wait for your check to get to her and her stuff to get to you...

I would say contact them again. What a pain, a I hope you get the coupons soon!

Sometimes, just SOMETIMES, with the new ebay beta, a seller will not know that you have paid because the money sign ($) will not show up. I recommend contacting them again. More than likely they've just not mailed them out yet.

Sorry, I didn't update. I did contact her again and she said she resent some more coupons. I got them on Friday. The second set only took 2 days to get here. So, the first set is either lost in limbo or she never sent them. At any rate..I'm a happy camper. I got my q's and she was very nice.
