I can't believe I got 2 more $5 Zantac coupons
I went to Walgreens.com - Online pharmacy & drugstore, prescriptions, health information, photo center and on the left lower side it say's Print store coupons and I found the Zantac coupon there and was able to print 2 of them.

I got one today. No RR. Only have one Q left. Hope it works for me next week.

Since It was free, didn't want to make a deal over the RR.

well the cashier scanned it and it only took .75 off. I told her that wasn't right...she seemed so lost. She called a manager and he looked at it like it was some horrible thing. I said...I printed this from YOUR website. He said well, IF you HAD, it would've had a walgreens logo on it and it would've scanned correctly and was really rude. He said some other stuff too. I was so mad and embarrassed. I said I don't know what you're trying to say but this is from the walgreens website and that's the way it printed. He said he wouldn't take it. He was an A$$! I always have problems at that walgreens anyway....but I couldn't believe he acted like I made the damn coupon. I wanted to tell him where he could go and what he could do with the coupon.

Im new to this whole RR thing. Some questions:

If I buy 2 Zantac, do I make $6 in RR's? 3 Zantac, $9 RR's? etc.
Or Just the $3 for however many I buy @ once?

Also.. how do I use the RR? Can I buy the Zantac when I first get to the store, then do the rest of my shopping and use the RR's right after?

Also.. can you combine RR's from different reciepts? Like if I have $3 on one, and $1 on another, can I combine the $4 to one transaction?

You would have to buy one at a time in order to get a $3 RR to print each time..in other words if you bought 3 in one transaction, you would only get 1 $3 RR, but if you did 3 in 3 seperate transactions, then you get 3 $3 RRs print for a total of $9 in RR...as for combining the RR into one purchase, this is a YMMV thing..I know at one of my WAGS it is only 1 RR per order, or only use one per transaction, but at my other 3 WAGS nearby, they allow me to use as many RR on an order as I want as long as my Q to item ratio is = or more, as in 10 items, 10 Qs inlcuding the RR which count as a mnfctr Q, so you might throw in some fillers, like bubble panty hose, pocket kleenex, pencils, highlighters or seed packets! HTH

I did 2 transactions at 2 different stores and both times, the register beeped and the cashier was clueless. They examined the q, the box, called mgr who finally looked at it and said OK. At least I did get RR both times.

Anissa, I don't know the limit on the RR, I've been wondering if I can buy more than 1 in a transaction. What I did was 1 transaction for the Zantac, plus a filler because the ding-dong cashier manually entered the q at $5 instead of $4.99, the price of the zantac. Then I used the RR to purchase a May FAR item. HTH!

I did 3 seperate transactions. Paid only tax and got 3 rr each time. WOO HOO!! Such an awesome deal!

A new employee was being trained by the beauty advisor. He had not had many coupons yet. The Walgreen's printable beeped, not the one from the other link. The beauty advisor oked the coupon. I had fun with this deal. Purchased Cool Mint both times.

Since my original post yesterday, I have purchased 2 more Cool Mint Zantac 150 and both times the RR printed...

We need to watch which ones we are getting. I don't think this is working on the original Zantac 150's.

I just got back from Wags & I didn't know it had to be separate transactions in order to get the $3 RR. My fault. Got 2, but only 1 $3 RR printed. My bad. I'll know for tomorrow since I have 1 more to go.

Make sure you are getting the Cool Mint ones, they can be hard to find sometimes.

Does anyone know for sure that the Zantac will be offered next week for $3.99 with $3 RRs? I want to save my Qs for then if that is the case, but I'm worried that the RRs won't be printing out then.

I did this deal twice yesterday and no problems. Today a manager had to be called so that the coupon could be price adjusted to $4.99. Then out pops the RR, the manager takes and says he can't give it to me because RR's are only for customers that pay for their products, but he told me I still got the Zantac for free. I kindly asked for my coupon back and walked out. Why does it matter how the product is paid for, they still get reimbursed and I still spend the RR there, so how do they lose on this?

I am new to walgreen and plan to do the zantac deals this week.I have 4 zantac 5 off coupons and pan to roll my RR if I can get some to the Crest 20 RR.
But Ｉhave no idea about how to do this with minmum oop.
Anybody help?

I'm feeling a little slow on this one. I know the Zantac is on sale for $3.99.

If I had (I don't) a UPC I could get the $5 printable coupon. This would be a good deal because it would be free and I would get 3RR. I get that part.

There is also a printable for $1. 3.99-1q-3RR=free I would only want to do this deal if I needed Zantac (I don't).

Is there also an insert $5 coupon? Am I missing anything? It's not looking like this deal is going to work for me.

I had trouble using the $5 coupon last night. The cashier was clueless as to why it beeped. I explained to her that it was because the coupon was for more than the product. She looked at the pic on the coupon and told me I couldn't use it because the pic was of a 65 ct. I explained to her that it said ANY Zantac Cool Mint. She called the manager up. He said the same thing. I told him I didn't expect the whole $5 off but they should be able to give me the 3.99 off. He refused. So I emailed corporate who passed it on to the store manager (a woman, not the idiot I dealt with last night). She called me this morning and said they made a bad judgement and if she had been there she would have given me the 3.99. She tried to find something in their official coupon policy but nothing addressed it specifically. She talked to the district office and they too agreed that I should have received the 3.99 off. I'll go back and try it again tomorrow.
