I rec'd my e-coupon for 4/20 for beauty products and tried to use it on 3 separate trips without success. I thought maybe it was a glitch the first two trips. I contacted customer service today and they wasn't aware of the coupon at all. They took my information after 3 separate calls and told me they would research & call back. I'm still waiting!!! Is anyone else having this problem, because is being featured on the cvs site. I just want my deals and one store reimbursed me for $4. I have to wait on the rest.

Went to 2 stores this AM, on the way to the park (yeah, right) and tried to use it on the 1st store - wouldn't work.
Finally, they said, wrong card for the intended recipient of the coupon. Well, I printed the whole page and the email itself where the name is reflected. Still won't go thru.
On the 2nd store, the cashier just loudly said, "This is a photocopy that's why its not going thru." Duh!
I just have had it at that moment and I don't want to ruin our trip to the park (the real reason we went out).
My 15 mo old DS must be saying..."Karma, mom!"

Yup, it printed. Make sure you click the "in-store coupon" and it will open another window with the coupon.

OK everyone I just rec'd a callback for CVS cs. They are crediting my $8 for the two trans. not corrected at the store. They don't know why the Q's aren't scanning, but will correct it. They will contact me once they have completely corrected the problem. Those of you who have purchased items and couldn't use your Q's should report it, they can credit your account for ECB print out 48hrs later. I will post the final correction call when rec'd.

i did and it printed everything but the barcode, i have never had this happen, i am so confused, it still has the code they can enter, but i am worried they won't take it without the barcode

Mine wouldnt go through either, but my cashier pushed it through somehow. I was getting nervous, because I didnt want them to think it wasnt "real", but nothing was questioned.

I just had a thought...is it because it says no sale items?????? If I use it on Garnier, that would be considered a sale item...right?

I tried using it on cosmetics earlier. Covergirl monthly deals. No go.

i have no idea, i have tried several different settings and I can not get the barcode to print, but i did notice on the bottom it reads "Please Note: All images may not print in your internet browser. Just print the coupon in black and white or color, and bring it to the store as is" So maybe it will be alright

I went to several stores and they had to override it. But then I used the Skin Effects that also needs overrode so it looked really fishy! I hate that! We are playing by the rules but it makes us look bad because their system is screwie!

yeah I do not like looking fishy so sometimes I Just let the deal go and decide to keep the good reputation ( yeah, right, like I have a good reputation at CVS... they are probably talking about how tired of seeing me there everyday because I go there so often with my kids.) rather than getting $2 discount there and $4 saving there.
I know those little savings add up, and I want to do it too but sometimes I choose to put more value to my good long-term relationship with CVS than $2 there $4 there savings, YKWIM?

with that said, I did use skin effect Q knowing it beeps. like I said, sometimes I do it anyways, sometimes I let it to.

This has happened with several of the email coupons I've received -- I remember the sanitizer pen (?) had to be overriden.

I FINALLY received this coupon today and was so glad to see I have 1 1/2 weeks to use it!

The one I just printed has a barcode. I don't know if I will even bother to use it, I don't even have any ECBs on the card I got the email on and it sounds like it won't work on the other card

But when you print out the coupon, it shows it comes from cvs at the bottom address. So shouldnt they just push it through?

Gossamerwings, I think they should push it through, but if they happened to be Cranky, they will just tell you no.
