I don't think this is referring to ecbs in dollars, such as $40 in ecbs. I think it means it is limiting the offers.

I have done some big deals but never gotten more than $32 in ECB's for a single transaction.

I will admit, when the $10/$50 rcpt coupons were printing I did do larger orders and got lots of ECB's

yea..it means 40 offers..not actual ECBs..the books have said this since i started cvs'ing..so like if you buy 5 cvs tylenol..that would be 5 offers..and you could do 35 more offers..can you imagine the planning it would take to do that!!

whoops, actually I was looking at it some more and there were a couple mistakes with the coupons.. I corrected them and it came out to -24.38!! So if you ladies plan to do this, you'll need some filler items!
