I purchased the Softsoap bodywash that should be FAR. I checked the status and it says the rebate amount is for only $2.24 even though the purchcase price is $2.99. Anyone else have this problem?

The amount was updated to the correct amount when I checked this morning. They must have fixed their computers

did you use a coupon, maybe a .75 off? I noticed on their SCR list that some of them said, "up to" $xx back, as though they were only refunding purchase price, not price before coupons. I don't know this to be true, just a thought.

at my store the add clearly states 2.99 with 2.99 rebate. Item rang up 4.49. I went back in to exchange it thinking i got the wrong kind. Mgr said they are ringing up B1G1 and not 2.99. I got my free one and I'm waitng to see what my rebate amt will be. 2.24 is 1/2 of 4.49 so maybe thats why?

I'm not saying that couldn't happen,but how would they know what coupon was used on what?
I would be pretty upset if they just started deducting (assuming) that I used a coupon on a particular item.

I know you said you really aren't sure,I'm just saying this for future reference.Now I have seen in their senior citizens packs where you get a lot of stuff for purchasing certain items that it says total price after coupons,but once again how do they really know.Walmart does match up upc codes,but as far as walgreens and riteaid they would have to do that too and then they still wouldn't be exactly sure.
