2nd store the gift bags worked but they only had 4, the small trial lotions didn't work. And no $1.49 things only $1.99 so I did ok.

There were too many posts with the same Essence of Beauty ECB deal, so I merged them all together. HTH! It should make it easier for those of you looking to get those ECBs!

the gift bags are tucked into the same display as the Essence of Beauty lotions and candles at my store.

Look good for the EOB bags, because I walked right buy them the first time, they are tucked in between with all of the other EOB products...

There are 2 different kinds of "packaging" of the toe separators. Only the ones that say "DISTRIBUTED BY CVS..." on the back will generate ECBs. Unfortunately, most of the packages seem to NOT be this kind... I couldnt' find any CVS ones at my store.

I was able to find 3 of the Exfoliating Facial Buffs, that tsquared mentioned earlier that are $1.49 each and they did print the ECBs for me too. They only had three. Used the $3/$10 CVS with those and the BOGO Batteries. Pretty great deal.

Went to a second store and they didn't have any buffs. But I'm happy to have those. Just bought a bunch of cleansers and stuff from the deals the last few weeks and now have these to go with them.

EOB was spread out through the store. None on clearance though, full price for everything. They had an endcap on the main aisle for the weekly special stuff. It had the gift bags with it. Plus, I did find out there is a soy lotion candle, which is excluded. The tiny body gel worked. So will try the lotion. By the Sally Hansen stuff, there are beauty tools, sponges, etc. they had a whole section of more EOB stuff. I got the 3 pack of face sponges, different than the face scrubs that were shown in the post, for $1.99. Our store didnt have the other one for $1.49. The eyeshadow applicator, makeup sponges, the pointy Qtip looking eye shadow applicators all worked and are $1.99. Got a sea sponge for $3.99. No lip balms at the front of the store where the usual EOB lotions and shower gels are displayed.

Not cheap, but $2.99 bath sponge works for ECB. THey come in many different colors.

Toe dividers worked fine at mine, 99 cents each. If it helps, they are the ones that are not solid colors, and are not 'normal' looking. Like, they look like squiggly lines or "W", etc.

When I saw it, I was thinking about sponge as the ones we use to apply make ups, so I was not thinking of bath sponges.... :p

I bought a gel eye mask, and they have silk eye covers for sleeping. and a lot of other products. We bought 2 lip glosses $2.99 and one lotion. (the lotion does not work for the EB. That is why I went back and bought the mask. Which worked and I got the 5.oo back.

Thanks to everyone for all these great ideas for EOB. I went back to CVS and had my second successfull trip of the day! I got 15 EOB products (all $2.50 each, except 2 gift bags for $1.50 each-last ones). So I should have gotten $25ECB. But, the register only gave me $15 and the cashier actually handed me $10 in cash! I couldn't believe it! Now I have great lip balms and lotions to use as gifts and I have $15ECB and $10 in cash! Great day at CVS!

angel nee nee, I got makeup sponges and they counted. I also got sea sponge and round face washing sponges that produced ecb's.

This deal is hot! And it is monthly! And even hotter if you get a $3/$10 every time you walk in the store!

But 3 Essence of Beauty (CVS brand) items get $5 in ECB.

I thought it would be helpful if we posted the cheapest items that ARE working and AREN'T working. I will keep the OP up to date so it is concise.

Remember, CVS ECB deals are always YMMV and a "working" deal can be un-programed at any time!

The one you wear at night, that is. Not sure about the gel ones.
