Ok, they show my Feb08 rebate finally... but it has an odd # for the rebate: 20.33 ?? gift card bonus 1.85 ??
So does the 20.33 already include 1.85?? I'm guessing the answer is yes??

Do they reduce your rebate if you use a lot of coupons or have low oop??
I used some overage (Jane I think?? )and coupons to pay for some (ok a lot) of my stuff:
I know I got:
1 softsoap bw (FAR): 4.49
1 Garnier (FAR): 3.99
4 pledge/scJ products: 4.00
1 glade wisp flameless: 2.00
4 glade plugin oil/refills: 4.00
1 speedstick (FAR): 3.99


I thought I got a couple more... but that totals to 22.47+2.25 = 24.72 ???
OK, lesson learned, I didn't keep copies
I'll do better this month...
Will they return an itemized list or just the GC in an envie??

I'm pretty new to it myself - just got my first back. I submitted online and am still not able to check my status. But I have my GC in hand and it came with an itemized list.

If you submitted online, you should be able to check your status online. After you sign into your Walgreens account, go back to the home page and then click on "claim rebates". From that page, you'll see the "Easy Saver Claims" listing. You can choose the current month's listing to see what offers you've entered for the current month's rebate period and at the bottom of the page you can see the rebate history for every month that you've submitted rebates online.

With each month's rebate history you can click on the "View Details" to bring up the exact rebate award details to see what offers you entered and what offers Walgreens validated.

Thanks, madmurphy! I was able to see it that way. I was trying to check it from the home page before, without logging onto my account, jusst clicking the check rebate status button. I still cannot check my cousin's rebate - submitted by mail 2/29. Got any tricks for that one?

usually, when you submit an ES rebate, they send a pink postcard type of itemized list of your submission. That is where you notice if something is missing or rebate total is wrong.

I have always kept scanned copies of my submission just in case of problems like this but it has been always resolved after a call and letting them know I have a copy and it shows I bought the correct items. Once I receive my reload, I delete the file.

Coupons/GCs/RRs are all part of payment, it should not affect the rebate amount. If its a FAR offer, whatever price you encircled is what you'll get as long as it doesn't go over the rebate limit, if any. For other rebates, you can do multiples or just one. BUT you can only submit ONCE each month on one name/addy.

I suggest you wait for the postcard to arrive so you know exactly what's in it and what you think is missing. Then call ES and let them know the total is wrong. Hopefully, they send you another GC with the difference. Good luck!

I'm probably one of the lucky ones, I have received all my rebates, including February 2008. Overall, I'm satisfied with the ES rebate program.
