Was anyone else's order cancelled by Broderbund/Riverdeep? Two weeks ago, I received a confirmation that my order was awaiting shipping. Then today I got an email from them stating my order status is now cancelled. I did not cancel it.

Hi again,
I called Broderbund to see what Customer Service had to say about my order cancelling itself. Two different people told me they were out of stock on the items prior to March 12 when I placed my order. Why did their system take the order if they were already out of stock? "A computer glitch". In the case of a computer glitch, would you not ship the items when they are back in stock for the same price? Or would you not offer a similar item at the same price? Not at Broderbund. They will substitute a "Math Fractions Flashcards" for the $1 but will charge me $5.50 to ship the flashcards to me - they would not extend the free shipping offer even though the glitch was their responsibility. The shipping offer Chrissy posted above was not accepted either. I am not impressed. Better luck next time I guess!

I got an email a few days ago saying that part of my order will ship out and the other part was cancelled. I still got 6 books and a dvd for $10.64 so I can't complain too much.
