It seems that no matter how great the deal is in my head, it never works out at Walgreens, but today, it did!...For some reason CVS makes much more sense to me....and I was beginning to think the the Venus Embrace did not really exist, because I haven't seen it at CVS or Walgreens, but today there was a shining light in the razor section.

so the trial size HE works? I had some today in hand, and thought that they might not work. The ad said trial Pantene ( which I cleared out of my local store) .. I'll have to go back. I do have a LOT of RR to spend!

HInt: you could have lowered you OOP by buying the razor first, then using the razor RR toward the shampoo/viactiv. This doesn't always work -(don't use Zest/Olay $4 RR towards shampoo!), but it does in this case.

Yes, both Pantene and HE work. But be careful which RR you use to buy them. Razor will work, the ones from this week's soap and shampoo deals will not.

You can use your $4 RR from the Olay/Zest soap to buy the razor, combine with the $4 mfc and your OOP is $1.99. You could get some Viactiv for overage to cover it or filler to use another $4 RR.

Then you can buy the HE or Pantene trial sizes for $.99 or $1.19-$1.29 on Pantene, use your $5 RR from the razor and pay $.94 to $2.74 OOP. Or you could add some Viactiv again for overage to help lower your OOP even more.

Then you'll have $12 RR and a $9.99 ES rebate to send in.

After reading some of the other threads, I was already worred about the trial size not working, so I didn't want to make any trouble with additional transactions. I was so surprised to see the razor anyway, I think I was just stunned through the whole transaction!

Fluffkin that is awesome that you made $17! The coupon on ES coupon say one coupon per customer, so, again, I didn't want to make any trouble and just got one! I will definately be going back after work. I'm just hoping that the cashier that checked me out didn't clear the trial size stuff out. She was very impressed by the RRs!!!

For the ES coupon, you only have to present one coupon but it will take off the amount for each item!

I wasn't allowed to use both Walgreen coupons today. 1 Mani and 1 Walgreens. And of course she took the $2 ES coupon instead of the $3 GRRR I got 4 bottles so I could have saved an extra $4
