I was in CVS today, buying four bags of mini eggs for 99 cents each. The cashier told me that the Hershey kisses were also 99 cents, but the store ran out of Easter ones. She said the regular silver-wrapped ones were 99 cents. She then told me that they were all limit 4, but that was per TRANSACTION. If I would have had another $1.50/3 coupon with me, I would have had her ring me up again, but I didn't.

Also, the mini eggs did count towards my $5 wyb $10 Hershey's deal.

jennster - i'm not sure. i didn't get any because i didn't have another coupon on me. i did get the $5, but my receipt doesn't say limit reached, so i might try again later to see if it's limit two or five, not just one like i assumed.

wednesday, i think you would have to do only 4 in a transaction. i could be wrong! but, thats what the cashier told me today.

If you do more than 4 in one transaction they ring up at full price...at least that is what happened to me

Can anyone else confirm the regular silver wrapped hersheys? My CVS is out of the easter. It'd be nice to finish off the ECB so cheaply!

The first four in the transaction will ring up at .99. Subsequent bags will ring up at full price.
As far as multiple transactions, I don't know. From my experience, "limit x" has always been tracked on the card. E.g., recently they had a cheap soda deal, limit 3. I bought 3 in one transaction and they all rang up at the low price. I went back the next day and they all rang up at the high price. Obviously this is different from what the cashier said ... just sharing my experience.

I have always had the experience that it is per transaction not per card. I tend to stock up on Pepsi when the prices are low and I will do it several times in a week and never have a problem.

NO. Anything more than 4 in one transaction will ring up at regular price. They will count towards ECBs but will ring up $2.99.

Last night, I bought 3 in one transaction, and they rain up for .99. I made another transaction with 2, and 1 rang up as .99 and the other rang up as 2.99. So, the limit was tracked by the card.

I bought three bags on Sunday and then four on Monday using the same card. They rang up at .99 each both days. Maybe it has to be on different days ??? Not sure. They did count towards the $10.00 get $5.00 ECB.

The non-Easter Hershey's kisses did count toward my ECB's today. My CVS was also out of the Easter kisses.

Have your CVS scan the non holiday ones, which are also a larger bag(11 to 12 oz.) The cashier did not have to override or punch anything in, the regular ones just scanned up at 99 cents each

I got caramel kisses, hugs and peanut butter kisses all for 99 cents each, less the 1.50 coupon

Makes me a little sad that I bought 3 plain kisses in easter wrappers that were only 8.5 oz. earlier in the day!
