Update: Lypsyl is printing out ECB's fine. CVS vitamin C isn't printing ECB's. Read posts below for more info.

Check your receipts. My ECB's didn't print for the CVS Vitamin C. I have to call corp in a second.

Also there is a strange situation with the Lypsyl. I bought 4 of the Lypsyl Original tubes 0.03 (lypmoisturizer) but that's all they had, so I checked out my March book and I got one of the pictured Lypsyl Honey Rose 0.06(lypradiance) tubes to meet my limit of 5. I got home and realized that I had only received ECB's for 4 tubes. I pulled out my March monthly flyer and the picture shows the Lypsyl Honey Rose 0.06 (lypradiance), but the wording says "lypradiance honey berry 0.08oz". So the pictured item isn't the same as the worded item. When I call corp I'll be asking for this too since it is their error that the two didn't match.

I went to CVS early this morning and the Vitamin C did not print out for me either!! The toothpaste also did not work, even though it was in a display with the March sale sign on it. On my reciept they rang up as a 4.2 oz even though they were the correct 4.0 oz in flyer...I too will be calling 1-800# in 48hrs!!!

They di dnot even HAVE the toothpaste at ours...sign was there but they were not stocked. The manager sold me the toothpaste and then gave me a gift card for the full amount. I was really happy because she has just moved to that store and maybe she'll straighten out the one rude cashier they have!

I got the toothpaste and the ECB's printed fine on them but it took me FOREVER to find them. The 4.0oz were on an end cap by the pharmacy. I must have looked for them in the toothpaste isle for 10 minutes!

I called corp and they are looking into the misprint in the monthly booklet on the Lypsyl for me. They are also giving me the ECB's from the Vitamin C.

I was told that the Vit C is B1G1F thru today and should print over to 2.99 ECB tomorrow.They gave me a gc for the purchase w the 3/10CVS
I got 2 different Lyp and got ECB for all.
On the Total there are 2 that say Whitening they have to also say ADVANCED. I got one of each and one gave the ECB and the other did not. I was given a refund for the one.

I couldn't find the toothpaste or toothbrushes until the third store I went to. ECBs printed fine on the toothbrushes, I didn't buy the paste (yet-need to print more $5/$15) I got the Lypsyl Honey Rose and ecbs printed for them fine. The toothbrushes I got do NOT say "Pro Health" - they say Vitalizer or something weird but ECBs printed for them, so who cares?

I got the Vitamin C at the same third store (now my new fave location!) BOGO but no ECBs printed, are you saying my ECBs will print after tomorrow or do I have to return these and try again? It was the correct ones with the 10% extra free, exactly as pictured in the ad. Other stores didn't have the Bonus 10% bottles and the ad specifically says it has to be the Bonus bottles.

ok..with the vitamin c..first thing is the one in the ECB is NOT BOGO..the one in the book is the bonus 110 ct..which is excluded in the BOGO..second the reason the ECBs are not printing is that when they ring up they ring up 100 ct..not 110..so the computer doesnt know that it is the one with ECBs..

Lypsyl is really good. I can have the worst dry lips and in two days using Lypsyl they are soooo smooth. Plus it makes your lips tingle.

I did buy the bonus 110 ct. They did ring up BOGO, but they are on the receipt as 100ct.

It is .06 oz, looks exactly like the pic in the ad. I never read the description to notice the discrepancy in the names.

Cool, I have been wanting to try this. Where in the store was it?

I found it in the isle with the asprin and cold meds. There was a section with blistex and Carmax (sp?) and Lypsyl.

Oh and I figured out the Lypsyl mystery with my transaction. I just double checked my receipt and they only rung up 4 of the Lypsyl's when I got 5. So Lypsyl IS PRINTING ECB"S FINE, I just didn't have one rung up. Thanks to everyone who helped me figure this out.

yea..the reason they rang up BOGO is that the computer doesnt know its the 110 ct..so hopefully they will get it fixed in the next few days..has anyone called about it?

Yes, I called about it. They got the UPC code from me and told me that I would get the ECB's within 4 days (They print out when you shop again). The customer service rep sounded like she had received a ton of calls on them already.

How many ECBs are going to print for you? Just for the one(s) you paid for or the free ones too?

I'm expecting to get the ECB's for each bottle I bought. Not sure if they will actually give all of them to me, but they should since it was in their ad for $2.99 ECB's for each bottle.

This is going to sound stuck up, but they shouldn't have made them BOGO and put ECB's on them unless they wanted to do both. This happened last month (I think) with the 6 hour energy shots. They were BOGO and had ECB's attached to them.

I should know in a few days. I'll keep everyone posted.

the ones in the monthly book were not BOGO..look in last weeks ad..it says excludes bonus +10 bottles..people were getting them BOGO because they were ringing up 100 ct..not 110 ct..

My store didn't have any of the 110 count. Are they supposed to be right next to the 100 count?

My store didn't have any of the 110 count out, just the 100 count, so someone went upstairs to check in stock and brought them down for me. So nice! And the ECBs printed.

Oh, and my store had the Lipsyl earlier today (ECBs printed) but tonight they were all out, and said no more in stock. Hope they restock!

i found one bottle of the 110 and it was just mixed in with the 100 ct..so look through all the bottles and you might find some..
