Those are ECB deals where a total dollar amount is the trigger instead of a particular item. So if it is a buy $10 get $2 you need to buy $10 worth of any item listed and you get the $2 ECB. You do not need to buy it all in the same transaction.

So, I can buy 5 tubes of colgate and one fusion razor. Use my $4 razor coupon, and the $4/$20. I'd end up paying $16.94 but then I'd be getting 15ECB +6ECB back = 21ECB? How can that be? Is that the wonder of shopping at CVS?

Yes that is the wonder of CVS and there is also some $1 off colgate and printable for 1.50/1 and some $1/2 from past papers so if you have those it would be like 11.44 and get back 21eb. Also I would try to make my transaction as close to 20 as possible (only gettting 4 tubes of toothpaste) and then doing another transaction later in the week to get the most out of the 4/20.

Those are weekly. They reset on Saturday at 11:59 p.m. They seem to be in the ad every week, so people are stocking up on razors.
