So, I wanna know! Is anyone else wondering why CVS hasn't issued any recent coupons? My girlfriend and I were talking about it this morning.... Just would really like to know if this is permanent. This the first time in a long time that they have gone this long without issuing coupons. Is anyone else wondering the same....and pls share your thoughts. Thanks!

After reading some on the other post this seems like something that has happened in the past they week two weeks or so with nothing. I was really hoping for something a little more then the $4/$20 as I am not sure how much longer I can use that one.

After the way they were used last time, I really doubt we will be seeing amounts/ number of coupons that had been available the past few months. It was nice while it lasted, but I don't expect them abck!

I think it's just their natural 'coupon cycle'. They're not going to have those kinds of coupons out every single week, you know, they *do* want people to shop w/o them sometimes! LOL Anyway, I'm sure we'll see more w/i a couple of weeks. I'm *really* hoping that some will pop up next week to go w/ the huggies deal, b/c I *need* more diapers! ![]() P.S. One of our lovely AFC'ers here emailed CVS not long ago about concerns that the $/$$ coupons or the ECB program might stop, and they received a response saying that CVS did not intend to change those programs anytime in the near future. No worries. The coupons will return. |

I would like to complain; but all i really can say is it was good while it lasted. I still feel that I get some great deals with the 4/20 and manufacturers coupons. I have tried the wags and just cant get the hang of it. |

Unless they did away with ECB's all together I will still continue to shop there. Lately have has some good luck with the CRT's, combined with Manuf. and with $10/$50. I have not had to pay alot because I have had ecb to spend...however, I am hoping to keep building them before I run out. The sales ads haven't been really that good lately....I am hoping for some better sales ads in the next few weeks.

| Some stores will let you use them. I'm not sure but I think they might have to manually type it in as a CVS coupon for it to work. I haven't gotten any for .com though so I haven't had to try it.

My store lets me use expired crt's. I have been holding on to these 10/50 crt's for when I really need things....like last night, I went and I got...eggs, chips, snacks, things I had frees on...did really well for using only crt's and ecb.

I think they are trying to figure out a way to make so you can't stack coupons even if the cashier lets you. A girl in one of my yahoo groups, whose husband is a manager there, said they are really having problems with people abusing coupons, stacking and counterfeit coupons. Although, I fell blessed to have the 4/20, I hope people abusing their generosity, didn't make them do away with their program. You shouldn't wonder if your deal is gonna "work"(provided everything is in stock), or worry about your coupons. If you are doing the right thing there is no reason to be nervous at the checkout. If we keep doing the right thing hopefully they will see there are more people who are happy to work inside their guidelines, than people who want to take advantage. I agree with grandma, as long as they do the ecb program it is good deal regardless.

| If you have any of the Rite Aid xfer qs, you can use them at CVS. The Rite Aid q's are $35 for the xfer, then $5 for two refills (equating to $40). But, CVS will just give you $40 instead of spreading it out. I have TONS of the Rite Aid q's.

I think we're not gonna get any for about a month from the last batch.. Just enough time for our ECB's to expire, forcing us to shop without $/$$.

I'd be willing to bet that it's a temporary pull back until they can get legal language/programming figured out to prevent stacking. Those types of things don't happen overnight and there clearly was some very costly usage occurring. I think if they were totally stopping couponing, they wouldn't be sending out new $4/$20 each week, or at least they'd be restricting them to one/account. I was never a very heavy CVS shopper, but last year I averaged about two email offers per month. I never get CRTs (boo!). I'd love to figure out how those are given out.

I went to a CVS tonight and just used the printable 4/20. I asked if I was able to use the CRT for 2/10 and the printable for 4/20. The cashier said there was a huge meeting and now in order for you to use the CRT of 2/10 and the printable for 4/20 you woul dhave to have a total of $30. In the past this was never the case at the multiple CVS stores I frequent. I use to be able to use a CRT of 2/10 and a printable 4/20 in one transaction.
