It looks like my days of shopping at Walgreen's is about done. I had already quit shopping at the one in my local town of Harrison due to a bunch of uptight you know what's. So I have been driving 50 miles one way to go to another one every so often. Now I will never go back to this one either. They had given me grief when the Jane was B1G1 and wouldn't let me use two coupons so I just left all my stuff that day, after spending hours in their store trying to get deals. And today I go back and it's horrible. This $#%$ won't take my returns, says she can't take back anything without a receipt. I say ok I'll just take it to another store. And I take back a printer cartridge that they had filled that printed this horrible yellow color, definitely not right.

She tells me when I am done to come over and pick up the cartridge. Well before I forget, I go over there. She tries to make me check out and I tell her I'm not ready.

I then go finish shopping and go up front to the counter to check out. The cashier who was there has always been super nice to me and now she's not even talking to me. When I go to lay all my stuff up there she tells me to hang on that she has to go get something. She leaves, comes back and then makes a call and I hear here say "She's up here". Ok, So now I am feeling like a criminal. Another cashier asks her why she's not checking me out and she tells her she's waiting on money. These people are such LIARS, I almost said something. So then this ##%# woman comes back up, asks me if I have any coupons to lay them with the matching products. I have a raincheck for when the Keri was $9.99 and you got a free hand cream. She says she has to go verify that it is real and that they really did have that sale.

Anyway, to make a long story even longer, she wouldn't let me use 6 coupons on the 6 Keri's I had, she wouldn't let me use the $3.00 Visine on the Visine Tears and she wouldn't let me use the in- flyer coupon on the NAturals chapstick. I told her it said assorted and she told me I was wrong that it was good only on the original formula. I was going to do three more deals, each with a Robitussin and a chapstick to get more rr's. When she wouldn't take that one, I then took the three that were laying on my cart and put them in the candy aisle. She then asked "Where did those other three chapsticks go?" Like I STOLE them. Then I see her throw one of the register rewards away that prints on the third Robitussin. I tell her I got four Robitussins in four deals and should have four rr's. She tells me that "You're doing all of these separate and only paying $1.31 so why does it matter?" I told her there is nothing wrong with doing more than one transaction and there is no reason she should act like this and that I know Walgreen's policies. I then tell her that I don't want the fourth one to take it back off.

I will never be back to Mountain Home, Arkansas Walgreen's again. They treat me like such a criminal.

So I have just one more Walgreen's 50 miles away and when they start treating me like a criminal I will be done there done.

That is awful!!! You should send an email to corporate! They shouldn't treat customers that way.

Wow! Just hearing about this c#!$! makes me not want to shop there.

I am sorry that you were treated so badly .I feel that Walgreens is getting every cent back on manufacturers coupons so I fail to see where they get off treating you or anyone else badly.

It is like they make the rules and if we learn to play the game exceptionally well ,going by the rules they set., then they are mad.... GEEEZZZ

Have you tried to call corporate and report her or would it be like beating your head against the wall. I mean would it do any good

Yes, that is why I no longer go to the store in my hometown. I emailed, called corporate and when the district manager called me he was WORSE than all the manager sand employees. He told me I was using Walgreen's as an ATM, I guess he meant be getting overage. Then I wrote that letter in my local paper. All I got to say is "Go Wal- Mart, put that Walgreen's out of business!"
