My store checked every security code on my coupon to make sure they weren't copied. Then she said people were copying q's and bringing in "third party" q's which in the security code said "000000000000". So she checked for that then the manager checked and they were legit. So she rang them through. Wonder why they are cracking down so heavily. bet science diet wouldn't be happy to know one of their vendors is turning away all their coupons. Definitely write corporate.

I was able to get 2 bags of dog food and 2 bags of cat food today! Along with the beneful I got from CVS this morning, it has been a great day for my pets!

I got 6 bags of food and 6 treats and still have 2 more coupons for each. Only paid tax. The coupons were adjusted down. The manager at my store said the new coupon policy (she says it's posted online even though i can't find it) stated that each person can only have 2 like Internet coupons due to people copying them and coming in with more than 2. I felt like she was insinuating that this is what i did and i nicely tried to explain to her that you can print 2 coupons PER computer. I also told her how to verify that coupons are legitimate and explained that each one will have a unique number on it. I tried to show her that all of my coupons had unique numbers and she would not even look at them. She said that the numbers do not mean much and started talking about that guy in NY that was arrested for creating his own coupons that would scan and everything. I told her that I have 4 computers and printed 2 from each one, as we are allowed to do. Then she said that LEGALLY I'm only allowed to print 2 of each type of coupon as the manufacturer does not intend or anyone to have more than 2 of each type of coupon. Needless to say, I was much less than pleased at that point. I was just irritated by how she made me feel. There's not much worse than being made to feel like you're doing something wrong when you KNOW that you are using coupons properly! Good thing my mom and brother were with me. It was kind of silly because I was going to pay for all of the transactions with a visa gift card and she actually made each of them physically hand the cashier "their own money." oh wellll I'll just go back later and get the rest of my free dog food. And Petsmart won't be seeing my face except for when "freebies" come around.

Thanks. Got 2 bags of cat food today. There was one formula of the dry cat (Lite) with an $8 sale price and all the other was $9, so free cat food, too.

FYI, petco price matched for me sobi didn't have to drive to pet smart. I could not use my $8 dog food coupon b/c I price matched at $6. For some reason, I price matched AND got $2 and $4 taken off as - no clue why, it says petco mfg cpn on my receipt. So, it was $2.39 (including tax)for one bag of cat, and one bag of dog food. Anyone know what this petco mfg cpn is, and if I do another transaction if it will still come off? I also found a petco coupon for $5 off any dry food on their website. So do you think I can price match one at $6, and use the $5 off coupon, then don't price match the other and get it for $11.99, and use the $8 coupon bringing it down to 3.99, and get the $2 off (or $4 off if it takes it off of both), bringing it down to 1.99 This would cost a total of 2.99 ( or may e even .99 each) for 2 bags of the dog food. Still, I have no clue what this other discount was ? Can anyone help me out?

Sadly, on another site, a few people were talking about how they copied the coupons and it worked fine. Sheesh! Some people will never learn!

I got overage! There were only $7 bags left when I went in today and I thought the Q's would be adjusted down, but he said he was just gonna scan it and see if it goes through and it did! I had bought my son some goldfish just in case that did happen... ( but I was totally surprised! LOL)
