So my DD is spitting up for some yet-to-determined reason. Anyways, I have been using my Huggies wipes to clean it up off the carpet. They work great for a quick clean up job and are some much easier to use then anything else I have tried. I haven't emptied out many of my containers, but I have all my DD little hair accessories in one. It is covered in fabric and ribbon, so it matches her room. Bonus is that it is pretty cute. So... What are your creative uses for the wipes and the tubes???? Last edited by naycan; 01-29-2008 at 06:48 PM. Reason: typo |

They remove stains from clothing better than any stain remover on the market. Even chocolate and blood!

What great suggestions! I'm glad I'm not the only one to use wipes for non-conventional purposes.

I use the tubs to keep grocery bags in instead of just having them floating inside the cabinet. I can't stand to them throw away when I get home from the store.

They also make the best dust rags for the ceiling fan. One swipe and its all clean, without the stuff falling on your head.

I too use them to take off makeup. I think my skin is actually softer than ever before. We also use them at work to clean the shelves, which for some reason get black and dusty within days. I think i need more wipes......

The tubs can be pencil cases.. or let the kids decorate them and make it their secret treasure box... wash it out good and grow a little garden in it (another good project for the kiddies)... Set a potted plant in it to catch the overflow water... Decorate as a treasure chest for a pirate birthday party. Storage for toys in the car... Each child gets one tub of toys... not many toys will fit in it and they all should be small and quiet ![]() coupon holder for the coupons you want to trade ... make them into kids piggy banks... hold legos.. |

I use one to store all the baby washclothes! And another for baby socks! I have a row in my office for "filing" receipts for business, home improvement, grocery, and stuff to mail. I also use formula cans for organizing--change banks, pen holders, and to separate samples, to hold cake/cookie decorating supplie and one for all the food colorings (where do they all come from?!). DH thinks I am crazy, but he likes being organized so he's pretty quiet about it! |

I've used them the wipes containers for: -store the kids paint brushes -daughter's "jewelry" box, along with any loose beads, rocks, B.B's and other "treasures" I also use them to store my cloth wipes for cloth diapering (at home). They fit nicely! |

I use formula cans for banks too! Usually I cover them with whatever I find that looks cool. Some with newspaper, wall border leftovers, fabric, whatever I find! Great idea about the baby socks, those things are everywhere here!

We have a tub in each bathroom. We use them for Personal wipes, taking off makeup, cleaning up a spill, Wiping a runny nose, or a dirty mouth...many many uses in our house.
