I purchased some things late this summer that receive Office Depot rewards. I am now having trouble printing them. Online, I can go to my account and see that I have about $85 in rewards. It says to click beside the ones I want to print and press the print button, but there is nothing to click on...Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I can call them on Monday, but just thought maybe someone here knew and I could get them printed this weekend.

You get a gift card in the mail you can't print them.

Really? When I go online to my account, it says "Your Reward Certificate is waiting for you. Click on Get my Rewards." When I click on Get my rewards, I see this:

Congratulations! You've been Rewarded! To print your Reward Certificates, simply check the box next to the certificates you want to print then click the Print button below.

Reward Period Rewards Earned Expiration Date Reward Certificate Reward Certificate Pin Print Certificate

If they mail you a gift card, how long does that usually take? I made my purchases back in July and haven't seen anything yet.

I think it is saying "In Progress" so they haven't processed the gift card yet. I am pretty sure they are only mailing cards now and not printing them.

The Office Depot site is down for maintenance so I can't confirm, but seem to recall you should get it by the end of the month.

I see. Wow! That is a long time to wait, but I guess understandable if they do them in little sections and they just concluded one 9/30.

Now this gift card will only be able to be used in an Office Depot store, right?

Oh heck no I use mine online all the time. I think I have only redeemed on in a store and that was last week. They had a coupon for B1G1 on a case of copy paper and it was a in store only special with the coupon. So I went in and got my paper and used my gift card and my office depot card (for my office) to pay for it and of course scanned my rewards card too. They are only usable at Office Depot though. HTH
