| Can this work?
I'm trying to follow some of the logic of what some of you are getting away with at CVS. So far, I've found that at my CVS, they will not allow me to stack $5/$15 coupons in one visit. They won't even let me make it two separate transactions, they say it's "one per customer". I have another CVS nearby where I plan to see what they will let me get away with. So here's my recent thought. I have $10 ECBs and two $5/$15 coupons (can always get more of course). Anyway, I would like to get some Pepsi brand sodas which are currently 3/$10 (12 pks). I also saw that my CVS honors Walgreen's coupons. Could I get the 3/$10 (according to what I've seen here, it's Limit one "deal" per purchase), then use a Walgreen's coupons (also Limit 1 per purchase) for Pepsi 12 pks for 3/$8.99 while also using a $5/$15 and then buy maybe a 2 liter or a small soda to make up the difference and STILL get the 10 ECBs? Does it work this way? Or should I attempt to use 2 of the 3/$8.99 Walgreen's coupons and then get more things to get it up to $20 to get the ECBs? Also, do I have to spend $20 pre-tax on Pepsi products to get the ECBs? Thanks to anyone experienced out there that can help me out! Sarah |

Why don't you print out the $2/$10 Q and the $4/$20 q's to use in your transaction. These are stackable if your CVS allows stacking. My CVS does, but there is some wording on that $5/15 coupon that doesn't let them stack it or even use it with any other CVS Q's, including ECBs (according to my CVS mgr, and my store even allows superstacking, so I know something is up with the wording on that Q). I've never used a competitor Q at CVS, so can't help you there, but if I were doing this transaction, I would get $20 worth of Pepsi product, and I think it does have to be pre-tax, but don't quote me on it as I am fairly new too. Use the 4/20 and 2/10 bringing total down by $6 then use your ECB. You will probably be out about $5 oop, get all your pepsi and not have lost any ECBs. All CVS's are different though, so maybe you can find one that will let you stack that 5/15 into the transaction as well, leaving you with mostly just tax.
