Cvs My first bad experience

So tonight I drag the kids off to CVS hoping to use some of the larger $$$ off q's. I load up the cart and go to the register, she rings it all up, then I hand her the q's. First the $$$ off won't scan or work when she types it in. The manager overides these. Then I hand her my CVS q's. No problem. Then my mfr q's- wait, she says, "You have to choose which coupons you want to use. We don't take both a store and a mfr anymore." I try to explain that they don't lose any money this way and that I won't be getting any overage or anything. She says no, choose 1. I didn't have my phone on me or else I would have called corporate right then. I called when I got home and they said they absolutely do take both. I called another store further away and talked to the manager and she said she would take all of them. So I guess I switch CVS's. Oh well. Had to put everything back cuz my total was way too high without the q's. I was so annoyed! Getting all the kids out in the cold, driving 10 miles, and coming home with nothing!!

Bette~if you pm I will send you info on where to write to them at. I have had problems with that in the past. and I called and told them I was going to write also. I sent to the reg. and corp. I was pretty steamed at th time but I wrote a good letter stating they weren't losing money and I was tired about feeling like a thief when I went to their store. About 4 weeks after I sent the letter I got one back saying they had trained all the staff and I would not have any problems. They sent me a $10 GC for my problem. After that everyone at that cvs was really nice. Now I might have to call on my new one. Right now I will see how these monthly deals work out 1st.
