HD DVD isn't going to be around much longer...Blu Ray has contracts with all of the major studios but Warner Bros. I wouldn't invest in anything HD DVD right now...

My husband (computer engineer) said that is a terrible deal- kind of lock stocking up on beta. Many studios are either exclusively going blu ray or already have.
