Question Why would my winter spending amount go down?

On 12/26, my receipt said that my winter spending was $78. Today (1/1), it says 58. It says 58 on cvs.com also. I spent 21 dollars today, so shouldn't it have said 98?

I was also hoping that my battery ECBs would print out, but they didn't. Trying to decide if I want to just return those batteries (do I really need them right now?!) or call customer service. I think returning would be less of a hassle!

i am not sure why your spending went down but i know that your spending doesnt automatically show up on your receipt..i think it takes a day..

Ah, well that explains the why it didn't go up with today's amount. Thanks

I'm a bit discouraged since I've had two weird things happen - not getting my ECBs for my batteries and the spending going down.

did you get a prescription filled? i have noticed that the amount i get on a gift card is deducted from my spending. others have told me that is not true, but i have noticed it several times.

I did get a gift card for transferring a prescription between those two receipts. It was for $30, and my amount. went down $20? I just returned the batteries that I didn't get the ECBs for, so my spending will go down more. Oh well!
