I went to CVS yesterday to try & flip my ECB that expire tomorrow into Starbucks Gift card. This is what I did 1- batterie 5.29 1- tresseme 1.99 1- J&J Q-Tips 1.59 1-CVS diaper 6.50 1- box of cookies 1.00 1- gift card $15.00 1- childrens sudafed 6.99 gave 5/15 2/10 ECB 8.97 ECB 4.00 manu 6.00 sudafed manu 1.00 batteries The total was $14.97 then I tried the CVS $5.00 batterie coupon and the computer said reached # of coupons??? I still had the treseme coupon and the J&J to use. What did I do wrong..Must the coupon total match the gift card only be "manufacturer" or is it because the counted the ECB as coupons and the gift card doesn't count as an item??? Please help me I have $47.00 that expire tomorrow..And me wants some Starbucks... |

I have no clue b/c I have gotten that same coupon limit thing even though I am VERY sure to check my item count every time.

your manufacture coupons have to equal or be higher in amount than the GC..the computer has to think that the amount of your ECBs goes towards the other merchandise..not the GC..

perhaps the computer is being strict about the $5 battery coupon. I have not been able to use more than just the one. Maybe you have reached the limit with that coupon/card combination.

I'v used that battery q about 10 times. No problem. Use the 5/15, 2/10 ect first. Then the CVS q's. Then man q's. I thow in a few pencils and at least one buy 2. That always make's it go throgh. But it does depend on your CVS to. last nite I go $40. in stuff. Gave them 5/10,2/10, cvs battery, man battery q, and so on. After he was through ringing me up, it dawned on me that I had added up my total wrong, dug out another 5/15 (that would make it $40.00) gave it to him, and he used that too! Even though I only owed $10. something. Now the total was $8 something. Just never know if they will take it or not. And it still printed my ECB's and 5/15, with a few others. |
