Hi all! This is my first thread post (I think)

I was wanting to start a thread where we can exchange our game pieces for the Albertsons Sizzling Summer giveaway! I'm thinking they probably didn't put all the matchups in the same area so let's exchange!!! I have so many repeats but only need 1 in most of the spots!

I will start w/ what I need and you can do the same and see if we can't win stuff! (the negotiations are up to each individual)

One of my friends said that she won $2 and her friend won the grill prize and my sister won $10 and they all 3 had all the matching game pieces in 1 game piece... so she thought that's how they were getting winners!

the tickets I'm receiving from my local Acme stores start with "3". And I am missing the exact same tickets. I'm actually playing off of 4 different game boards because i had sooo many extras....I posted requests on my facebook. I posted signs at my work for anyone to bring me the pieces and I've even sent SASE requesting game pieces. So we'll see

I'm wondering if they aren't even putting all the 'big ticket' winners game piece out there yet b.c. the game ends in august and if everyone won the good stuff right now, that wouldn't make for a great ending to the game!

Oh I mixed it up. She has 102 (it's also listed as a rare) but needs 106 the A1 sauce.

I'm the one with a C102 piece. Only one person can win the prize, but (according to the manager at my local store) there's nothing in the rules that prevents folks from making a deal with each other about how a prize is split up after it is claimed.

If someone else has also found a C102 piece, I wonder if it's a true "rare" piece... or if there is some sort of semi-rare category? Regardless, if anyone else has found the C106 piece to match my C102, I would love to hear from you!!

Does anyone else want to stand by the cash registers and when someone says they aren't playing want to scream "can i have them?!?!!?" haha!!! I've thought about it a couple times!!

So reading the Official Rules, it appears that each of the prizes over $5k or so have a rare and semi-rare piece. It looks like there are 3 people to date who have found the C102 piece, so that must be the semi-rare of the $250,000 prize.

13. ODDS: Odds are based on obtaining the one rare marker needed to win the respective prize. There is an additional semi-rare game marker for prizes equal to or greater than $5,200 that is printed with odds of 1 in 5,000 Game Tickets.

I will still happily partner with anyone who happens to find C106!

You get the game pieces by buying items, you get at least one everytime you make a purchase... but there are bonus ticket items!
