Breast self-exam kits are on clearance at Walgs for $11.xx down from $23 or something like that. They are basically a little pad that you put over your breast tissue to make lumps easier to find as you are looking. They also eliminate the need for lotion or shower gel to make your fingers glide over the breast tissue. Would make a great gift for a loved one - I bought one for myself and my mom.
