I ran through them real quick while I was "working"... haha I seem to get distracted and screw up the math on occassion... |

WOW!! Thanks so much lhart!! I'm planning on heading out tomorrow to do a few things from this weeks deals (several that you and Wendy posted in the other thread). I'm anxious to see if they allow stacking. I'm starting small (with only two $/$$) to see if they say anything! THANKS again for all your great ideas!!

lhart: I am new to CVS and AFC, but have been lurking for a while, where do you find the CVS coupons (the CVS $5 Energizer and CVS $2 J&J)? I've never seen these before! Thanks! Tricia |

So you can use multiple CVS printables. You need to buy 3 packs of energizer batteries to get the $5.00. In LHart's example she is buying the 3 packs in 3 different transactions which allows her to use the $5.00 CVS energizer coupon 3 times. Plus by adding other items, she is able to use multiple $/$$. Example: If you did the 3 energizer battery packs in 1 transaction it would be: $5.29 x 3 =$15.87 Minus $5 energizer CVS printable Minus $5/15 Minus $2/10 (if you can super stack) OOP = $8.87 Earn: $5 ECB If you do it in 3 transactions: $5.29 batteries Minus $5 energizer printable OOP: $.29 (and that doesn't include the $/$$ you can use if you add stuff to get your amount over $10 or $15 or $20) Trans #2 $5.29 batteries Minus $5 energizer printable OOP: $.29 Trans #3 $5.29 batteries Minus $5 energizer printable OOP: $.29 Your total OOP will be $.87 and you will earn $5 ECBs. Big difference and worth the extra trips in most cases! :-) |

I have a quick question....I noticed that you have several coupons posted such as the J&J $2 and the Energizer $5. I had heard on some sites that these had not actually been e-mailed out yet and that they shouldn't be used yet. Can you confirm that they have sent them out in e-mails and that they are OK to use? Thanks! |

-4 CVS 4/20 -5 CVS 5/15 -3 CVS 3/15 -2 CVS 2/10 Does this mean you used 4 of the $4/20, 5 of the $5/20 ---- or what? Just making sure! I thought they were all one per person. |

she is just say minus $4 for the coupon then minus 5 and so on. You can only use one of each or as long as they are different barcodes or number codes that the cashier types in. Some stores wont allow this anymore so good luck to you!! |

Okay, I'm really trying to get into the CVS thing, but some of the deals that other posters have been so gracious to put together for us "newbies" have coupons like the 4/20 and the 5/15. . .how does someone get these if we are just starting out? I'm so confused!! |

You can get them several places.. First register your card at CVS.com and you will get them emailed to you... Then some will print at the bottom of your receipt after you start shopping frequently. Also check by the pharmacy in your store there are usually pamphlets back in that area that have some in there (i think the most recent one is a diabetes booklet)... when you register your card provide a legit mailing address and occassionally you will also get something in the mail. The generator here at AFC has several loaded on it http://www.afullcup.com/upload/cmps_...upon_generator And there are a few current threads that have some on there http://www.afullcup.com/upload/cvs/4...l-coupons.html http://www.afullcup.com/upload/cvs/4...-barcodes.html Let me know if you need anything else.. I hope that helps.. Thanks Lynsey |

I know this is a little late, but is there a way to this at a store that doesn't stack the $/$$? Any help would be great as I am going tomorrow with a friend.

Yes you can do good at CVS without printing all AFC has to offer or being allowed to stack. For example, I have only been "doing" CVs deals for a month or so but have managed to get some ECB's built up even though my original oop was higher. Last week I did Pepsi and Gillette Fusion on one card. I took my 11 ECBs and bought 3 packs of batteries, Colgate and 5 bags of cough drops. I had a 4 off 20 from updating email address as well as 3- 2.00 off energizer q's from a tearpad at my local grocery store. 5.29x3= 15.87 + 2.99 (colgate) +4.95 (total of cough drops)=23.81 Coupon total was 11.50 which left a balance of 12.31 Used 11ECBs which left an oop amount of 1.57 including tax I received back 9.95 in ECBs and a 4 off 20 coupon. Not too shabby and my second deal was the same way. Card #2 2 Oasis @5.99 ea.= 11.98 5 cough drops @.99= 4.95 1 Colgate= 2.99 Subtotal=19.92 Oasis q x2 =3.00 (16.92 left) Colgate q= 1.50 (15.42 left) Used 13.99 ECBs leaving a oop of 1.43 Got back 16.93 in ECBs and another 4 off 20. Made my day. Marianne |
