Go to paypal first, and click through the stores link- add what you want to your cart, make sure discount applies. Then Go to ebates, click on store, and open up shopping cart, things will still be there, see if discount is still there- I know this works with Shoebuy, but haven't checked the rest! remember- you need to pay with PayPal to get the discount!
