I went to Walgreens on my trip "to town", and after all was said and done, I should have paid:

$60.10

My actual OOP = $22.92.

Nothing to sneeze at...but what was really cool, was that the Vive ( I had no B1G1 to get them free) treatment I like, goes on sale for $2.19/1 tomorrow. the manager gave that price to me tonight!! How cool is that!! Coupled with my $1/1 coups, it equals $1.19/1. Even at Walmart, they run just under $4!!


How cool is it that the manager gave me the changed price?! Had he given me the B1G1 price they were running, it would have been:

B1 @ $4.99, G1 free. Less the $1/1 coup, would have been $3.99/2, or $2.00 each. But he gave me the $2.19 price, coupled with the $1/1 coup = $1.19.

Did I say I LOVE my WAGS?!!!

I'll for certain be getting more myself! My WAGs won't let me do the B1G1 coups...so I always miss out there. Have tried to explain it...but they don't seem to get it. At any rate, I can live with that one drawback, as long as they keep doing stuff like this for me! Honestly, aside from that one issue, my WAGs is WONDERFUL!

I forgot to add in my post, that I saw on another couponing site, that everything on the clearance end-caps at their WAGs, was $0.25. So, I asked my WAGs manager about that, and how the prices were determined. I talked him into giving me 6 bags of licorice (Xpire not until end of 2008), for $0.25/ each, instead of the clearance price they had on them, of $1.14.

When I went to Wags to get my morning papers - I found the Vive on Sale. YAY! I just got one bottle because I wanted to test and see if they would take the printed coupon - and they did.

I am going back today, for more. Plus, toothpaste! They have Colgate for $0.99...I have coups for $1/1!! FREE toothpaste! Gotta love it!
