You actually can't do the price difference on clearance. Target's price difference guarantee is only if the item goes on sale within two weeks of you buying the item; you can bring the receipt back and get the difference. When an item goes on clearance, you can't get it adjusted. A very few stores here and there may do it occasionally, but it is against Target's policy.

I have an envelope started with "After Christmas" written on it. Any time I find a Q (like Gladware, Ziploc, etc.) I throw it in the envelope. Last year, didn't even think about items like crackers, dish soap, etc. going 50% off, but if it has a Christmas decoration on it, it will be reduced on the 26th!

The first thing I look for after any holiday is the dollar spot stuff. It should be 50 or 75% off. I remember picking up dayplanners for a quarter last year. And with this new 5% off with Target card purchase, it's even less than a quarter.

One thing I'm extremely sad about is that Target didn't make Choxie chocolate bars this year. They are full-size chocolate bars in flavors like Gingerbread Truffle and Dark Chocolate Mint Cookie. They are pretty expensive and getting them for 50% or 75% off was something I looked forward to....

I want the bags, containers, paper towels, napkins, etc. Also want the Toy Story stocking stuffer things because ds is having a toy story birthday party and they would make some great favors! Also really wanting to grab the welches sparkling juices, my son loves them and has tea parties with them and they are EXPENSIVE if I can't get them on sale.

Oh my goodness, it's time to restock my foil and zip lock. Hope I find some on sale.
Don't forget the food items, last year I got some Ritz snowflakes and Oreo cookies, pretty much anything with a holiday wrapper should be included.

I love buying the ziplocs, paper towels, crackers, plasticware with Christmas print boxes of course, any holiday soaps- dishwashing liquid, etc.... I have so many foils from the years that foil is out for me, but if it ends up free I migh just get it for my church give aways.

We'll be out of state visiting family for the holiday. I know there's a Target nearby but it's not a super like the one near home. Sigh, at least we're driving so I can still stock up on a few items.
