Check out petsmart if you're looking for some cheap Tidy Cats scoopable cat litter!!!

the 30 lb containers (27 lbs with a bonus 3 lbs) are on sale through the end of the month for $9.99 ~ each container has a $5/petsmart coupon (good on ANY purina product...make sure it has a green sticker on the outside indicating the $5 gift card inside) ~ so essentially you're paying $5 for 30 pounds of litter ~ and if you have the $2/peelies you're paying $3

I did this yesterday:

bought 2 containers used (2) $2/tidy cat peelies ~ paid $16.xx ~ I pulled out the (2) $5/petsmart coupons inside the containers ~ going back several times through november to do this:

buy 2 containers $19.98
use (2) $5/coupons and (2) $2/Tidy Cat peelies~pay $5.98 for 2 containers while getting back 2 more $5/petsmart coupons inside the containers just keep rolling those $5/coupons!!!!

no idea ~ I found them months ago on the tidy cat containers at petsmart ... and I think someone mentioned finding them at Target. I found some at Giant Eagle but they were for the 20lb containers. I think they're just at random stores....you might be able to find some on ebay or maybe trade with someone on here
