What kind of deals does Kohls usually have for BF? I remember a few years ago one of the big things was a portable DVD player for cheap, but I'm not sure what else was on sale. I do remember that the line snaked around the store twice...yikes!

They had towels last year really cheap. Good, thick towels. Also winter stuff like gloves, scarves, coats. I normally run in real quick there and then move on to somewhere else.

Yes! I remember they did their Kohl's cash deal- spend $50 get $10!

I got a great deal on the Discovery Kids playtent & tunnel. My kids still play with it.

I also scored on some pre-k board games, super cheap, and also some Fisher Price toys, can't remember exact prices now, but very good sales and I *think* I had a 15% off coupon.

They have had those towels several years in a row, and I love them. They are like $2.50 each.

Last year I got two of the little girls bed-in-a-bag sets for $30, the jumping bean brand. What a steal! However, I waited in front of the store from midnight until they opened and I was the fourth person in line. It was fun!

A couple years ago, I just gave up on my intended Kohl's Black Friday selections. The items I chose (clothing) were a good deal, but the line was snaked around the store, on one side all the way to the customer service desk at the back of the store. It really was not worth the frustration for me to stand in line over an hour ... literally. I ended up getting the same items at a later date, on sale, and with 20% off was not much more than the Black Friday deal. Good luck to anyone who wants to brave it, it's not for me.

Yes, the lines get long!! I had someone stand in line for me last year while I shopped and when I was done I still had to stand in line for a while!

I'm sitting here dancing that we are finally starting to hear about BLACK FRIDAY deals..Been getting so excited since summer,I dont know whats up with me my mom said she hasnt seen me this excited since I was 11.Let me tell you that was along time ago...Thanks in advance for all the great posts! P.S if you have a large family..Tip Put each teenager in a store line with directions, pictures and money,I did this with my 5 and they all did perfectly.What a great Christmas that year...

I always find that they have good deals on everything....we always make Kohl's a must for our bf shopping!

Especially if you're gonna use multiple $5/5 (and your store doesn't allow multiples) you need to bring people! I had 2 with me last year so I put one in line and one helped me shop then we did 3 transactions of the most important things, then we came back a couple hours later and did a couple more transactions, each time taking $5 off =)

I'm really hoping that they do the Kohls cash again this year. You don't even want to know how much we accumulated between me, my mom and my boyfriend .

I'm hoping for more great deals on bedding and candles this year. Their huge candles were $3 or $4 last year and they lasted me for months. I could also use with some new bath towels.

They should rent out some of those folding stadium chairs for people to use while they're in line. They'd make a bundle! LOL

I hope they get it together with the line this year.

You would think they would have just about the whole crew working, but it dosen't seem like they have any more than normal open.

Kohls usually only has a few things we want for BF and we can either not find the items, or end up leaving due to the line. Wish it wasn't so .

I had no problem last year, my store had every lane open and he back customer srevice also....I went in for 2 specific things and then moved on the rest of the stores

Best idea is to have your hubby at home and do on-line shopping from kohls webpage for the things you can't get or if you don't want to wait in line!

I'm not fond at all of their checkout system. As crazy as it is there on BF, they really should have extra "portable" registers on hand for the holidays.

We are going to go to Kohl's later in the day this year. This is because of the incredible lines. We got there at 4:30 am and the lines were already horrible to get into the store. Then the line to check out took about an hour w/ every line open. The Kohls cash is nice though.

I just checked out the Kohl's ad for BF, and I have to say, I'm really not impressed. I'm not seeing any "special" deals. Everything seems to be between 30 and 50% off. Big whoop. I see Pillow Pets on sale for $19.99 - I can get them for that price at my local Weis year round! Given that, plus the fact that every year Kohl's is insane on BF and lines are more than an hour long, I'm going to avoid it altogether this year. It's totally not worth it.

I was soooo excited when I saw they had the ad but now that I've seen it, I think I'm skip it.

I really don't know how to shop Kohls and I think it's Headquarters is here in Milwaukee! I took out a Kohls credit card last year when I needed to buy sheets and I was able to get an extra 10% off when I opened up the card. That's all I know about it, so I will be lurking here to learn!
