Far MM with Finesse
Finesse is on sale at my RA for $2.99. There's a $1/1 MQ from 5/16 SS with MIR form attached (for purchase price up to $3). And there's a $1 SCR (#155) this month. $1.99 OOP with $3.99 coming back = $2MM

another option
Starting the 18th there is finesse on sale 2/5 it says that you can get a $1+up when u get 2. Use 2 $1 MQ it ends up being:
2/5
- $2 MQ
- $1 up
- $1 scr
- $2.50 MIR

= 1.50 MM for 2 of them
