I went to walmart today and used my $3.00 off pamper feel and learn coupon. then I had the free Kandoo product coupon with any pamper purchase!!!! They only had 4 of the boys feel and learn so I bought them all and one Kandoo wipe, 3 Kandoo hand soaps. Everything was going fine until the lady had to call over a CSM!!!! (THEN I KNEW I WAS IN TROUBLE) she informed the cashier that they could only take on coupon for both products. I could not use $3 for pampers then the one for the free Kandoo! I have NEVER had a problem doing this at Target....................................

I hope you got their names. I had the same problem last year when I was trying to use the B1 Clean team G1 free on the bath products. I was using a $1.50/1 clean team wipes and Using the b1G1 free getting a shampoo for Free. I had a bunch of these I had just used at target. The register froze and they called a CSM. Who said I couldn't She said the same thing after they whispered. So I said if I can't use them then give me my coupons back. And I left a $160.00 order at the register. I marched over to CS and they said the manager was on a break. I left and went home and wrote down exactly what happened, time, place, and names. I mailed the letter to corporate explaining everything including the fact that they lost a $160 sale and I went back to target.
I got a letter back and the link to the walmart facts. I was told to contact the manager and they gave me a $25.00 GC for my trouble. I declined the CG and explained I just want to use my c/os. The manager asured me that I wouldn't have problems. But of course I did. They called the 1st csm. He had told me if they give you a problem tell them my name and I said you can use the coupons or they can call me. They over road the register. But I still get nervous when I go in there.

isnt the Kandoo on one free wipe- not hand soap?? I just used 3 (on wipes) at my WM last night with no problem... infact I had FREE dog food, cat food, cat treats, and deoderant coupons and had no trouble at all. Just a bit puzzled

I'm pretty sure the kandoo is for any kandoo product but i can be wrong :X

The coupon is for one free kandoo product, it doesnt say which one but the wipes are on the coupon...hmmm I would think that you could use it on ANY product since the coupon says "ONE FREE KANDOO PRODUCT" not "ONE FREE KANDOO WIPE" I am going to go to Target and try it out, hopefully I wont have any problems...hopefully.

I've used a bunch of the Kandoo coupons and every store (Walmart, Target, and CVS) I've went to has had an issue with them. The cashier doesn't understand it or they do it incorrectly.

I went to one Walmart store and had one Kandoo and one Pampers coupon and there was no problem. I get the wipes refills because you get 100 wipes instead of 50 that are in the dispenser. Later that same day, I went to a different Walmart and had the same two coupons and when she rang up the Kandoo coupon, the register asked for the price and she put the price which was $3.79 and the register displayed a message that said "Coupon value exceeds limit". She said she had never seen that before and neither had I. She printed out the receipt that showed the item and it's price and tried again and it wouldn't take it. She ended up scanning the coupon again and put $2 and then scanned the same coupon again and put $1. So I did end up paying a little for them.

I also used a few other coupons there and just about every single one of them rang up for a diff price than what they should have. I don't understand how that happens. I had a Huggies $3/2 Clean Team Wipes and apparently it didn't work. I wasn't paying that much attention because they were so busy and I just wanted to get out of there. But when I got home I noticed that I got charged full price for them and they got my coupon. I'm taking them back needless to say.

I'm so over Walmart for so many reasons. I'm really dislike shopping there. I'm getting much better prices at Target when I can use mfr and Target coupon on items.

I totally agree! I used to be in Walmart 1-2 times a week, now they are lucky if I go 1-2 times a MONTH!

First time posting, but I had to add...
I had the same problem with the "coupon value exceeds limit" thing on the kandoo wipes. I had three sets of diaper coupons and then the 3.00 off clean team wipes, and one of them (I think it was one diaper coupon, actually) got missed, but I didn't see it until I was done. It was quite a fiasco. I also had the free cat food/treats coupons and they didn't want to work either.
The cashier said under her breath to me that I better not look too closely because she thinks "we (meaning her and I) just ripped off WalMart". I think she meant it conspiratorily (kwim?), but I was a little offended. Then when I saw that I lost out on one of my 3.00 coupons (and the coupon!)...Oh well. I couldn't actually complain because I was buying Baby-Dry with the Easy-Ups coupon. It was a good price anyway, but I don't think I will be too anxious to use coupons there again either. I never did like them. Yay for Target!

I honestly think it really depends on the cashier you go to. There have only been a couple of times that I had a problem at Walmart. Yesterday I went and saved $75 with coupons. (No lie!) I had tons of Frees and BOGOs and they all went through without a problem The cashier was so sweet. I warned her before I started that I had a lot of coupons and she told me it was no trouble. I think she was actually glad that I was able to save so much money. They only time she had to call someone over was at the end, because if you use so many coupons (I think it's 40), the line manager has to come over to let it go through.

I've just learned to pick and choose my cashier carefully. And I ALWAYS make it a point to tell the line manager how pleasant and patient the cashier was. A little 'sugar' goes a long way.
