What you do is call this number 1-888-226-0799 and say your calling to make sure the "Verizon Service package is still meeting all of your needs." It was sent out in a letter to 1,00s of V customers. The credit is spread out over 4 months. It has been reported this will not work if you live in NJ or NY but you can call your local V office.

Darnit! Does't work in Texas, either. They told me to call my local office, which I did, and my local office doesn't know anything about it. Was worth a shot... Thanks for the post, Trish.
