I was there today and they had the Sunsilk Shampoo/Conditioner/24/7 treatment display in the middle aisle. They were displayed in a box that read..."buy Sunsilk Shampoo and Conditioner and receive the 24/7 cream free"...7/1/01 through 7/31/07.

They are priced @ $4.49 each and there are $2/coupons out there. I thought that would be a great deal so I bought 6 total (2 shampoos, 2 conditioners and 2 24/7 creams)...I had tons of other stuff but these would have been $4.49 x 6 = $26.94 - $12 in mfg coupons - $8.98 for the two free 24/7 cremes for a total of $5.96....
anyway...I had around $90 worth of stuff and when I left the store paying around $18 which I thought was a little higher than had expected I noticed that i wasn't given any sort of credit or ecb for the 24/7 cream that I was supposed to get free. I should have received $8.98 off of my total or that equivalent in ecb. The sign didn't indicate it just said it was "free"

So I'll be calling the 800 number tomorrow to find out what the problem was and how they can fix it or else I'll drop back by the store tomorrow.

Any news on this yet? I hope to do that and the B2G! deal this week- just wanting to know what to expect.
Thanks
