okay...so when i browsed the circular this morning I was a little bummed because there weren't too many things that I felt the need to take advantage of this week at CVS....but like any other week, I organized my coupons this morning and took a trip up there. I really needed some swiffer dry wipes...that was really the only must for me...so here's how it went:

(1) Febreeze Air Freshner Spray $2.50
(1) Nair Pretty Hair Removal Product $6.49
(1) Nair Face Hair Removal $4.99
(4) Chapsticks clearanced @ $.42 each = $1.68
(2) Crest Prohealth Mouth washes @ $4.49 each = $8.98
(1) Crest Prohealth toothpaste $2.99
(2) EAS Protein Drink Packages @ $7.99 each = $15.98
(1) Akron Beacon Journal Newspaper $.99
(1) Hersheys Dark Espresso Chocolate Bag clearanced @ $1.65

Subtotal $55.75

-$10/$50
-$5/$30
-$4/$20
-$9 in mfg coupons
-$19 in ecb from previous purchases
-$4 BOGO 50% for the EAS Protein Drink Package

total oop $4.75 and I received the following ecb:

$5 for the nair products
$5 for the cleaning products
$5 for the crest products
$3.50 for some reason but i really don't know why
$10/$50
total: $28.50 in ecb to use next time.

WOW! I am surprised that any kind of store would honor all of the $ off/$ from their own store chain (i.e. the $10/$50, $5/$30 etc.). This is very gracious of the store and very shopper-smart of you. Great going.

My CVS will use mulitiples of there 10/50 5/30 and 4/20 as long as the prices is still above the higher amount.

Yes, that's been my experience! I even had one cashier tell me that is how it works--they keep taking the coupons until the total purchase amount drops too low (e.g., when you get to $29 your $5/$30 won't work).
