Massive makeup clearance makes for free makeup!
Along with Sally Hansen, Loreal and Cover Girl - Revlon had about 10-12 product types on clearance - about 75% off. Revlon Totally Natural Liptints were $7.99 marked down to $2.00. Using the $2/1 from 11/15 SS made them FREE! There was also overage on nailclippers marked down to .88, using $1/1 from same ad.

The liptints definitely have more coverage than gloss, and are very smooth feeling. They're SPF 15.

We had some too but not massive like yours.
I recall seeing cover girl foundation for $3.14, cover girl face powder which I think was the same price and some Sally Hansen nail stuff for $2.... and something.
Since I am a Walgreens shopper, I have a lot of makeup so I won't get anymore unless it is free

there is also a lot of clearance at walgreens, starting at $2.19 I got some $.19 eye liner, and eye shadow, there was also a couple lip products for $2.19

If your kroger doesn't have the great clearance prices
