This is what I'm thinking:

3 Ecotrin
2 Vick Nyquil or Dayquil
2 pencils

3 Ectotrin @ 3.49=10.47-10.00/3q -4.5o wags q=4.01 mm
2 Vicks @ 2/10.00 - 2 1.00 P&G qs= 8.00
2 pencils .16 wags q
= 4.14 - 4.00 rr =.14 plus tax
earn 5.00 rr for vicks product

Should work fine if you get the overrage on the Ecotrin. I have several of these q's and will just be waiting to see if my store gives the 4.01mm. Crossing my fingers.
