In regards to price matching at the customer service desk at Target: Can I price match a local H.E.B. newspaper ad for toys? It is on page 4 of my local paper - not a circular. The sale is good from now until Christmas so it's not a doorbuster deal. I know they're starting to get picky about things so I am unsure about the newspaper ad. Also, are printoffs on the internet the only thing that isn't allowed to price match? |
