| CVS Monthly Deals Q
Ok, I was out of the country 10 days and they changed the register software on me! So my question is: The monthly deals: $2.77 ECB wyb Crest Nature's Expressions (limit 5) $3.77 ECB wyb Listerine Tooth Defense 250ml (limit 5) $5.97 ECB wyb Oral B Pulsar Pro Health toothbrush (limit 5) $4.49 ECB wyb Softsoap NutraOil or Pure Cashmere (limit 5) $4.49 ECB wyb Tresemme hair products (asst) (limit 1) confirmed $3 ECB wyb Bic Soleil refillable razor or cartridges $6.99 Are the limits per week or per month? Anyone tested it? I know the ads say "limit 1" on many of the items but the above limits have been tested.

Limit 5 personally tested & confirmed on the Softsoap.....didn't really need the rest, so I haven't bothered with them.

It is per month as we know of it right now unless the price changes on the item. Like last week the toothbrushes were on sale for $4.xx and we were able to get 5 more for the month (reg price $5.97). That is what you get for being treated like a queen on your vacation.

I've heard that people have bought 5 of the Oral-B Pulsars at $4.99 last week and gotten all their $4.99 ECBs, then this week, they have been able to buy 5 MORE Oral-B Pulsars at $5.97, getting the $5.97 ECBs for each. I haven't tried it myself. I used all my Oral-B coupons last week.

I don't think that it is 5 per week, but I could be wrong.

I've been to 2 different CVS's and their registers are only excepting 2 ECB per transaction. The manager manually added them at one of the stores. Hopefully this is not going to be the new policy.

That's something I was going to ask. I'm new to the CVS ECB thing, and when mine printed out the other day, I noticed they said "One per customer" on them. Is this a new thing? Because I keep hearing of people using as many ECBs as they have in a purchase.

A cashier can manually enter them in or go to another register and get cash for them. That is what happened today when the register took one but not the other.

I guess you could do separate orders. I was surprised today when I went to my CVS to roll a $10 ECB I had from that glucose monitor deal a few weeks back. So I decided to get some of that free toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash. I also had coupons for $2 off Oust, and Oust was on sale this week, 2/$5. I figured that was a good deal (I never seem to catch those free Ousts everyone else gets). Anyway, what surprised me was that the cashier saw my purchases and knew I'd get ECBs back, so she offered to ring up my ECB purchases first, then use the ECBs to pay for my other purchases. I thought that was cool, and so I figured if they'd do that they'd do just about anything to let me spend my ECBs. I declined because I had several coupons to use. So I purchased: 2 - Crest Natural Expressions 2 - Oust 1 - Oral B Pulsar 1 - Listerine (250ml) Total was $20.xx - $3 off $15 purchase - $2 off Oust (2) - $10 ECB So I spent $3.45 OOP and got back $15.28 back in ECBs. I think that's pretty good. I had planned to just load up on the toothpaste, but I was a little unsure about the limits, so I bought just 2 figuring if I only got one ECB back then I wouldn't be out too much cash. Now that I know it'll let me do them all at once I'll stock up, cuz I've got two more cards and more ECBs to roll.
