In my HT flyer, there is the following deal:

Buy any 4 Big G (General Mills) cereals, Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, and/or Nature Valley granola bars (mix and match), get $4 taken off your total immediately.
Limit 1 per transaction.

The following GM cereals are 2 for $5:
Golden Grahams, Raisin Nut Bran, Oatmeal Crips, Yogurt Burst Cheerios, Berry Burst Cheerios.
The following GM cereals are 2 for $4:
Cinnamon Toast Crunch (reg and reduced sugar), Lucky Charms, Honey Nut chex, MultiGrain Cheerios.

Here is how I am going to shop for my favorite Cheerios this week:
Buy 4 boxes = $8 (they are on sale 2 for $4)
Automatically have $4 taken off = $4
Use (4) $1 GM peelies = $0 total

Another way to do the deal on the 2 for $4 GM cereals:
Buy 4 boxes = $8
Automatically have $4 taken off = $4
Use (2) $1/2 printables from www.boxtops4education.com = $2 total

Even another way to do the deal on the 2 for $4 GM cereals:
Buy 4 boxes = $8
Automatically have $4 taken off = $4
Use (2) 0.75/2 blinkies from FoodLion (because they will double) = $1 total


Other deals for the week:
Birdseye Steamfresh are BOGO again this week. Some of the varieties are 1.89 a bag. Buy 2, use the $1/2 coupon from insert or Penguin Frozen Food display = 0.89 for 2 bags of veggies. The mixed veggies are really good!

Which one in HP?
The HTs in Greensboro have been accepting them. Usually only 2-3 per transaction though.

No. Yours seems to be Kellogg's & Post products. HT's is General Mills and Betty Crocker items.

I went to the HT on 68(by the Palladium) and on 68 (by Main St). They both told me. I just have not gotten around to calling corporate asking them.

These 2 scenarios do not work as stated above b/c coupons won't double on this deal. "HUH???" you are thinking, "Please explain."

Well, sometimes when HT offers a "Buy X items, have $$ taken off your bill" specials, any coupons associated with such offer only come off at face value. I had this happen once during a Quaker type special.

Tonight I bought the following:
(4) boxes of MultiGrain Cheerios = $8
$4 automatically came off = $4
I gave the cashier (3) $1/1 GM cereal peelies and (1) 0.50/1 Cheerios coupon that was DND5. Only 3.50 in coupons came off my order, giving me a grand total of 0.58 Great deal still for 4 boxes of brand name cereal, but I was expecting the total to be 0.08 I checked my CRT and the 0.50/1 did NOT double. It started with a 5, so it should have.

So, if you do not have $1/1 GM peelies, then your BEST deal is to use the $1/2 printables at the above link. Or use the $1/2 coupons from a recent insert. Then, if you bought (4) of the $2 GM cereals, your total would $2.00 + tax. They way my family goes thru MultiGrain Cheerios, that is still a good deal for me.

I will vouch that the GM deal (buy 4, save $4) does work more than once per VIC card. Only once per transaction though.
