Let me make that deal better:
Use the 0.50/1 Target peelie AND the 0.50/1 mfr coupno from the Sunday inserts, now the pack is 0.19 cents!!!

ANd if your inserts didn't have the mfr 0.50/1 -- check various printable sites, I do believe I have seen it on there. (Like smartsource.com)

I don't know where I saw them (printable that is)... but I know I did last week. I have searched coupons.com and boodle.com today -- don't see them there. But then, wonder if they would still show if I printed my limit??

peelies are red in color and are on the packaging--Not the boxed bags. At our target they are on the top shelf with other garbage bag items.
