What are the exclusions? Usually, these kinds of things will not work on sale items, ECB items, or even regularly priced items that just happen to appear in the sale ad for the week. I also tried to use one on newspapers once and that didn't work either. This could be really great if there are things you need that almost never go on sale, though...
