As far as I know it is totally random, sometimes others will get booklets but not me, then other times I get one and dont see many others that get them. I do know that you should have a target card to get them.

I've had a card for three years and I have never received a booklet in my name. My mom has shopped @ Target twice in three months (paid w/ check both times) and has received two booklets.

I seriously think it is if you pay by check... they get your mailing info that way. I'm going to try it tomorrow.

I have never paid with a check and receive most of the coupon books. I do have a Target charge though.

I've never had a Target card and use only debit at Tar-gay. But I have gotten TWO up & up coupon books via snail mail since school started. But I didn't get a TOY mailer with coupons--did anyone get one by mail or are they only in stores? (I did find the printables though--thanks AFC! )

I got the Target Toy Catalog in the mail today with a $5 off $50 toy purchase coupon. I have never gotten anything in the mail from Target before. And of course I just printed all those coupons yesterday! But the $5/50 will come in handy.

I only use debit at Target ( so I don't have to keep track of the receipts- do NOT have a Target card, but did call customer service and ask to be put on their mailing list- and I get at least one mailing of coupons from them every 4-6-ish weeks. Once I even did a search to enter my kids' birthdays for coupons, but can't remember how I did that- but sure enough, for the past two years, we've received coupon booklets right around that time with kid coupons. I hope they're still doing it, even though I tried to search again for the baby and couldn't find it.

Not sure anymore- I asked for it from our local store to file a complaint about another store- you could just ask for their corporate customer service number or look on their site, maybe.

Publix has their Winter Savings flyer inside stores now and it has a $1/1 Philly cream cheese brick in it. Take it to Target and get Cream cheese for $.19! My Publix also had some coupons near their demo cooking center for $1 off graham cracker crusts (my family won't eat pumpkin pie).

I am thinking that the CoverGirl stuff is on sale this week. The mascara and lip stain are $6.99, and then other items are 10% off.

You can use two of the $1 off any covergirl item Target coupons, the $2.50 off two covergirl products MQ, and then use more of those TQs combined with some of the $1 covergirl MQs and then also use the $5/$20 coupon.
