I went by my favorite store today and was talking with the manager and cashier and they gave me the new CVS Christmas Catalogue they just got in today which is quite nice actually! Lots of Christmas gift ideas (it has 84 pages and most of the items are what they carry in the store now)

Between page 24 & 25 there's a coupon voucher that's Spend $20 Get $4 ECB's!! Offer valid on this is 11/1-12/25/09 (Extra Bucks will print on your receipt immediately following qualifying purchases and limit is 1 per household with card) Qualifying purchases exclude alcohol, gift cards, lottery, money orders, prescriptions, postage stamps, pre-paid cards and tobacco products. Voucher cannot be combined with any CVS/pharmacy coupons.

The manager said to keep from people ripping out the coupon that he won't put them all up front (where the other ads are kept). So if you are wanting one of these and can't find it, just ask and they should have them up front behind the registers.

ETA: They have fixed the "glitch" and the $4 ECB's will print out now after your purchase!

What a great memory you just evoked in me! I remember as a kid I would spend hours pouring over the Sears toy catalog!

Now I spend hours pouring over AFC!

The spend $20 get $4 ecb's you've mentioned: Is it on any $20 purchase or does it have to be items out of the booklet?
Maybe this will come in handy for the Black Friday deals.

Be on the lookout for the new Holiday Sale book at CVS.While it looks to be just the typical monthly listing of Extra Care Deals, there is a coupon that gives you $4 ECbs when you spend $20 to be found inside!

The deals in the book don’t start until 11/1, but some stores may be putting them out early. I imagine once word spreads about the $4 ECBs coupon, they will be harder to find!
